Each roll is crafted with precision, ensuring an authentic yet innovative experience.

The ceviche, another must-try dish, offers a perfect example of this blend of cultures. • 10/10 probably the best kitchen in Huaraz. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, music was cool and service was kind. Worth a visit!

  • Highest quality sushi acevichado in all of Perú. (I have tried at least 10 places across Arequipa, Lima, and Huaraz, and this one is the best by far.)

  • Food was delicious! Probably some of the best pork gyozas I’ve had. Would absolutely recommend!

  • Incredible ramen for a really good price! The flavour was the best ramen I’ve ever had. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really cool too with good music. Highly recommend coming here when in huaraz!

  • Outrageously delicious vegan food, made with so much heart and soul. I loved the vegan ramen (pictured), but the vegan poke with all of its accompanying sauces is what really impressed me. 10/10 everything I wanted after a big day of trekking. All of the ingredients are fresh and vibrant, the food nourishing, and the owner super kind: he made me a vegan poke bowl even while the restaurant and the city was experiencing a power outage! Highly recommend for all travelers

  • Massive fan of this resto. Though pricier than others, the food is excellent and of very high quality. Would particularly like to highlight the dessert: it was really well done. The rice pudding was perfectly cooked, and covered in the croquette shell, giving you a lovely sensation on every bite. Of course, on it’s own, such a combination might be a bit too much which is where the balancing act comes in: the chicha morada (purple corn drink) sauce gives another dimension to rhe dish, and the lime zest sprinkled over makes all the individual components shine.
